Our History

Tom Bird and his wife Donna moved here in 2003 with their sons Thomas and Ryan. After 18 years in the hospitality business, including a restaurant, a tavern and 2 night clubs on L.B.I. of the Jersey Shore. They were looking for a change, with friendly faces and family in the area, they knew right away that Rockledge, FL is where they wanted to make their home.   

In the years since they arrived, It has remained a family business, Ryan graduated law school and Thomas went to culinary school and then got married to Jennifer Bird. Time and locations have changed but one thing that has not is their core family values which have helped them grow their business and there happiness.   

They are looking forward to many more years doing what they love in a town they love.

Our dining is on a first come, first served basis. However, if you have a large party, are planning an event, or need special services, drop us a line and we will help out.
